Entity to attend conference on Arbitration

The CAM-CCBC will have a representative at the International Bar Association (IBA) conference, scheduled for November 7 and 8 in Montreal, Canada, under the theme New Frontiers of ADR: From Commercial and Investment Matters to Regulatory Violations. Our Legal Deputy General Secretary, Luíza Kömel, will participate in the panel “The increasing success and new challenges of international mediation: comparing North and South America”.

The International Bar Association was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest references in the area of Law. The IBA impacts the development of international law and the future of the profession worldwide. The organization provides assistance to the global legal community and has approximately 80,000 member lawyers, bringing together more than 190 lawyers’ associations and legal societies in more than 170 countries.
