ABOUT
New Generation is a commission of young professionals idealized and supported by the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the CCBC to innovatively promote the new generation of dispute resolution practitioners. The group will promote the exchange of experiences, worldwide integration, studies and other initiatives to assist the development of the new names of the international and national scenarios, focusing on cultural, ethnical, regional and gender diversity.
MISSION
Provide a platform for young practitioners to enable professional development, the exchange of information, ideas and experiences in shaping the future of dispute resolution.
VISION
Promote adequate dispute resolution methods by impacting new practitioners worldwide for the development of academic, leadership and practice skills.

Elisa Fernandes
