Proposal to Update the CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules

The Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC) has the pleasure of announcing the launch of the public consultation to the revision of its Arbitration Rules.

The draft of the revised Rules is the result of the work of a commission composed by CAM-CCBC’s Advisory Board members, with the revision and contributions of the Presidency, the Board of Directors and the remaining Advisory Board’s members, considering the experience collected in almost ten (10) Years applying the 2012 CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules.

The proposal is now submitted to public consultation aiming to obtain comments and the contribution of scholars, counsels, arbitrators, experts, judges and other arbitration professionals.

We would be honored to receive your contribution. Submissions will be accepted until November 18, 2021, through the form bellow.
