Arbitrators’ Fees in cases of early termination of arbitration – CAM-CCBC Table of Expenses, effective as of January 1, 2015

The President of CAM-CCBC (“Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada”), exercising its powers under Article 2.6 (c) of the CAM-CCBC Arbitration Rules, approved on September 1st, 2011, with the amendments approved on April 28th 2016, with the purpose of giving greater predictability and transparency to the amounts due as arbitrators’ fees, resolves, complementing the Ardministrative Resolution No. 16/2016, to establish the parameters that will be adopted for the payment of the fees to the arbitrators in casesof early termination of the arbitration, as follows.

The arbitrators will be consulted and may present their considerations to the CAM-CCBC in order to adapt the proportions described in this resolution. The CAM-CCBC Board will analyze the arbitrators’ deliberations, considering the complexity of the case, decisions rendered in the development of the arbitration, report of hours worked, among others, being able to change the percentage set forth in the table above.
