After five years in the Brazilian market, SEMPRE IT, a technology consultancy specialized in Quality Assurance, Infra&Cloud and GRC solutions, opened a business branch in Canada earlier this year, one of the most prominent countries in the area of science, technology and innovation. The company arrives with the proposal of mainly working with Quality Assurance services for IT systems.                                                                                                                           

According to Thierry Sébastien Battistini, who heads SEMPRE IT’s International Expansion sector, “Canada is a sophisticated market with potential both from the point of view of potential clients and for research and development projects carried out in collaboration by professionals from both countries. The executive has a vast experience in both markets, in financial services, software, retail and energy companies, and will be the focal point of the consulting firm in this expansion.

The company has already been developing Quality Assurance solutions that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning in collaboration with Canadian-trained professionals, and with a commercial base in Toronto and its R&D operation in the Montréal / Halifax axis.

In this first stage, SEMPRE IT has had a prominent participation in important sector events in both countries. In Brazil, in March, the company was present at CIO Brasil, an event that brought together 160 CIOs from the largest companies in the country. And in Canada, the company will participate in the Toronto Testing Mind, in May, and in Collision, in the same city, in June. “We strongly believe in the possibilities that this extensive networking will enable us to present our expertise and exchange experiences,” adds Battistini.
