Finvest Real Estate is part of the Finvest Group and acts as a real estate asset manager. Its objective is to prospect, develop and manage real estate projects. With a multidisciplinary team, it operates from the operational and legal phases, maximizing the monetization of assets.

One of the company’s projects, Eco238, is an industrial enterprise with more than 360 thousand m² for immediate implementation, located in the strategic region of Sete Lagoas (MG). The terrain offers facilities for the rapid implementation of companies, with a complete and quality infrastructure for the installation of factories. In addition, the region has a good supply of qualified labor and a logistical differential, being located near important access roads that facilitate the flow of production.

Another asset under management, totaling 110 hectares, is located in the municipality of Esmeraldas, where the company plans to implement a subdivision for second homes, including an adjacent area with a vocation for environmental compensation because of its Atlantic Forest preservation characteristics. The area is located in the urban perimeter of the city, in an easily monitored region.
