WEBINAR: COVID-19 AND ITS LEGAL IMPACTS FOR COMPANIES IN BRAZIL

On April 2, the CCBC Legal Affairs Committee promoted the webinar “COVID-19 and its legal impacts for companies in Brazil”, which brought to the debate the actions that can be taken to minimize the impact of Covid-19 on business.

The program was moderated by Alberto Murray Neto, from the company Murray Advogados, with the participation of the speakers Pablo Mourente, from David & Athayde Advogados, Sofia Monteiro, from Monteiro Advogados, and Day Neves, from Manucci Advogados. The experts addressed the reflexes of the pandemic within the scope of digital platforms and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), management in labor relations, administrative contracts, and impacts on service contracts. At the end of the event, there was a round of questions and answers to address the participants’ questions.
