Book covers Customs Law

By Sérgio Siscaro

The growing insertion of Brazil in global trade chains has highlighted the need to have access to specific knowledge about the branch of Law that deals specifically with these operations. Doubts about customs regimes, foreign trade rules and others are a factor that often distance potential Brazilian exporters from the international market.

To make this complexity more understandable, the book Contemporary Customs Law: Themes of Impact on Customs Law and Foreign Trade is being released at the beginning of June. Published by Dialética, the work features articles by different authors on the subject, and was coordinated by Rodrigo Lázaro, a partner at FCR Law.

The official launch of the book will take place at the headquarters of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Branch (OAB-SP) on June 3, at 3 pm. The initiative is supported by the Maritime, Port and Customs Law, and Culture and Events commissions of the OAB-SP.
