The discussion will contrast Canadian and Brazilian perspectives on women in institutional trade initiatives, diversity and inclusion best practices for business, and personal accounts from women leaders.
When we talk about women leaders, we are referring to women who occupy leadership positions in organizations. Historically, female presence in leadership positions has been low, with women facing barriers and gender discrimination that hinder their professional advancement. However, in recent years, there has been a movement to increase female representation in leadership positions and to promote gender equality in the workplace.
