Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada Announces New Commercial Director

Patricia Garcia da Rosa arrives with the mission of seeking new opportunities to intensify bilateral relations

São Paulo and Edmonton (CA), May 2024 – The Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CCBC) has just announced businesswoman and investor Patricia Garcia da Rosa as its new Commercial Director. Previously responsible for leading CCBC’s operations in Western Canada, she now takes on the role of seeking broader business connections between Brazilians and Canadians.

The executive has extensive experience in international business and a deep understanding of customs and legal markets. She is a lawyer with a PhD in European Law and a licensed customs broker in Brazil. Her career includes founding PGR Global Consulting and Brasportsul Foreign Trade Advisory, as well as co-founding DDR Advogados and Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse.

At CCBC, Garcia da Rosa was one of the key figures behind opening various opportunities for Brazilians in the province of Alberta and for Canadians in Brazil. She has also facilitated the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and partnerships with strategic institutions.
