Philippe Jeffrey is an international tax partner at FCR Law. He is originally from Quebec and a former PwC Tax Partner. Philippe has 20 years of combined tax and management experience in assisting foreign and Brazilian multinational companies with their domestic and cross border transactions in Brazil, Latin America, Europe and set-up of international tax structure (fnancing, IP, trading, holding). In addition, he has extensive experience with domestic transactions in Brazil, tax due diligence reviews, as well as tax compliance reviews, transfer pricing and local trade and customs issues. Philippe is a registered lawyer at the Barreau du Québec.

Philippe a 20 ans d’expérience en fiscalité et en gestion pour aider les sociétés étrangères et brésiliennes avec leurs activités nationales et internationales au Brésil, en Amérique latine et en Europe. Philippe a une vaste expérience avec la mise en place de structures fiscales locales et internationales (financement, IP, trading, Holding), en opérations de fusions et acquisitions (planification fiscale e Due Diligence), prix de transfert et en planification fiscale brésilienne (transactions locales et douanières) pour les compagnies canadiennes faisant affaires au Brésil. Philippe est avocat inscrit au Barreau du Québec.
