The TADS/CAM-CCBC Advanced Course on International Arbitration is a 5-day course that will bring the international experience of the SciencesPo LLM in Transnational Arbitration (TADS) to Brazil.

The course will focus on the role of the arbitrators, complex arbitrations, and the arbitral award, with an in-depth analysis by renowned lecturers.

Fully taught in English, the TADS/CAM-CCBC Advanced Course on International Arbitration is a program designed for candidates with previous experience in Arbitration who seek to immerse themselves in advanced topics taught by leading practitioners from Brazil and Abroad.

Application Process

The TADS/CAM-CCBC Advanced Course on International Arbitration will work on a rolling admission basis. Spaces are limited and applications will close as soon as we reach maximum capacity.

Since this is an advanced course, previous knowledge of arbitration is required as well as proficiency in the English language (translation services will not be available). Candidates shall fill out the application form below showing proof of their previous experience in Arbitration.

Candidates will be notified in 5 business days on whether they were accepted or not. In case of acceptance, they shall receive a link to pay the course fees. Upon completion of the payment process, participation in the course is assured.
